Q&A - Competition
How did you get started?
I wanted to get a dirtbike and race motocross but my Dad said I would have to race BMX first and get good at it. I found that I really love BMX racing and I won the Whip City BMX novice championship my first year! Needless to say I got a dirtbike for my birthday...
List your competitive highlights:
2007 whip city Bmx novice champion,
2007 ABA MA state championship 5th place,
2007 ABA District #52,
2008 Turned Intermediate,
2008 ABA MA State championship 3rd place,
2008 whip city Bmx Intermediate championship 3rd place,
2008 ABA District #16
What are you planning for next season?
For 2009 my goals are to win the whip city Intermediate championship, win the ABA MA state championship, Finish in the top 10 in the ABA District points and earn enough points to turn Expert. I know its a lot of work but it will be a a lot of fun too...
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
I would have to say placing 16th in the ABA District championship last year. It took a lot of racing to place in the top 20 out of 200 riders but the coolest thing is now I get to run the #16 on my number plate!

We saw you race at the Gator Nats Saturday on go211. Nice job especially being such a huge event and your first race of the year! I hope you got to hang out with the pros and maybe got a few pics. |
